& Conditions

Template — not legal advice. Have a solicitor review these before use, particularly the liability and refund sections under Irish consumer and contract law. Replace every [bracketed] field.
1. About these terms
These terms govern coaching and training services provided by [Iron Miles legal/business name] ("Iron Miles", "we", "us") to you ("the client"). By booking or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't book.
2. The services
We offer online coaching plans (Foundation, Event Ready, Full Transform) and in-person 1:1 strength & conditioning sessions, as described on our website. Exactly what's included is set out in your chosen plan. Coaching is personal guidance and programming — it is not medical, physiotherapy, or nutritional-therapy advice.
3. Eligibility and health
- You must be [18] or over to purchase coaching.
- Before starting, you must complete our health questionnaire and waiver, and obtain medical clearance if any answer indicates you should.
- You confirm the health information you give us is accurate and that you will tell us promptly if anything changes.
4. Bookings and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance in euro (€) through our payment processor, [Stripe].
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Prices may change with at least [30] days' notice; changes won't affect the month already paid for.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current paid month. Email ironmilesclub@outlook.com to cancel.
- We don't provide refunds for partial months or for coaching/sessions already delivered, except where required by law.
- Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
6. 1:1 sessions and rescheduling
In-person sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least [24] hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited. We'll always try to be reasonable where life genuinely gets in the way.
7. Your responsibilities
- Train within your own limits and stop if something feels wrong.
- Follow guidance honestly and keep us updated on injuries, pain, or health changes.
- Use equipment and facilities safely and as instructed.
8. Intellectual property
Training plans, programmes and materials we provide are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell or distribute them without our written permission.
9. Results
We coach honestly and to a high standard, but every body and life is different. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, time, or outcome. Progress depends on many factors within your control.
10. Liability
Physical training carries inherent risks, which you accept by taking part (see our Health Waiver). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Irish law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. [A solicitor should finalise this clause.]
11. Termination
We may pause or end coaching if these terms are breached, if continuing would be unsafe, or if conduct is abusive. Where we end a plan early through no fault of yours, we'll refund any unused, pre-paid period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is dated above. Questions: ironmilesclub@outlook.com, Limerick, Ireland.
