Why Iron Miles

Not a product.
A standard

Most fitness brands sell you access. We hold you to a standard — and stay in it with you until you meet it.

Every service on this page is run by people who've been to the far side of hard — ultras, open water, long winters of showing up when no one was watching. We're not reading this stuff out of a manual.

The Club stays free forever, because community is the core here, not the upsell. Coaching stays personal, because a plan without a person behind it is just a spreadsheet. You will never be a subscription number at Iron Miles.

Start here

No forms, no funnel, no hard sell. Send a message and tell us three things — what you're training for, where you're starting from, and what's got in the way before. You'll get an honest recommendation back, even if it's "just come to the free Club on Saturday."

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Every service scales to where you are today. The Club takes complete beginners every Saturday, and First Miles exists precisely for the person who's never run further than the end of the road.

What does the Run Club cost?

Nothing. It's free and it stays free — no trial period, no catch, no upsell at the finish line. Just turn up.

Is coaching online or in person?

Both. Online Coaching works wherever you are in the world. Personal training and Strength to Run happen in person in Limerick. Race Ready can run either way — plenty of athletes prep remotely and see us at the Club on Saturdays.

I have an event booked — how much lead time do you need?

More is always better. For a half marathon or longer, twelve weeks or more is ideal. But message us either way — we'll tell you honestly what's achievable in the time you've got, and what isn't.

Can I switch between services?

Yes. Coaching is monthly with no long lock-in, and plenty of people start with the free Club, move into coaching for an event, then settle back into Club life after. Start where you are; step up when you're ready.

Which one should I pick?

If in doubt: come to the Club on Saturday. It costs nothing and you'll meet us before you commit to anything. Or send a message and we'll point you at the right service — even when that's not the most expensive one.

The only step that matters

Forge one more

The perfect plan matters less than the start. Pick a door, send a message, or just show up on Saturday.
