The Iron
Miles Club
One club. Not a run club, not a lifting club — the club. You run, you lift, you swim, you turn up. Everyone's welcome and nobody's behind.
You're already in
No membership. No fee. No "fitness level required". No application to fill in and wait on. If you can find the start point, you're a member.
Where we meet

The Run
Saturdays · 10:00am · the Living Bridge, University of Limerick. The anchor of the week. We set off together, we finish together, and the back of the pack matters as much as the front.
First time running? Start here. There's always someone running your pace.

The Strength
Endurance without strength breaks down. We build the engine — circuits, conditioning, the work that keeps you on the road and off the physio table.
Sessions run alongside the run club through the week. Bring nothing but yourself.

The Water
Open water is where the club goes when the lake calls — triathlon prep, cold-water resilience, and the quiet that only deep water gives you.
For the triathletes, the 70.3 hopefuls, and the curious. Wetsuit optional, nerve required.
- Run sessions — every pace, every Saturday, all year round
- Gym & lifting culture — strength that keeps you on the road
- Swim & triathlon mindset — open water when the lake calls
- Event preparation — from your first 5K to the Forge Ultra
- Accountability & community — you show up, we notice
- No ego. No excuses. Just work — at whatever level you're at
This is who shows up
