For years I thought strength was the whole story — what I could lift, how I looked. Then endurance took me somewhere the gym never could. Out past the point where the body wants to quit, you meet the truest version of yourself. That's where I found mine again.
I don't coach because I love writing training plans. I coach because I know what it is to feel lost and to find a way back through the work — the discipline, the miles, the showing up on the days that are hard for reasons that have nothing to do with running.
This isn't about turning you into me. It's about using the work to build you back stronger — body first, but never only the body.
